How we review resources
A useful directory, honest endorsements, and clear terms for every submission.
Tested picks and reviewed resources are different
Jerry’s Picks are products our team has genuinely tried with kids. More resources is a directory of submissions that an editor has assessed for relevance, age suitability, quality and accuracy. A directory listing does not mean hands-on testing or endorsement. We do not turn automated website checks into claims of testing.
What belongs here
Useful books, art supplies, games, creative kits, learning apps and family resources, with a working official product page, a clear age range and honest pricing. We may decline off-topic products, duplicate listings, affiliate-only pages, link exchanges, unsupported claims or resources that are not suitable for children and families.
Our screening checks help an editor; they are not a safety certification. Please do not submit passwords or children’s personal information. Private access notes and account contact details are never shown in a public listing.
Free submissions
Submitting is free. We publish at most three free resources per Monday–Sunday UTC week, oldest approved submissions first. Pending submissions show a cautious queue estimate, not a deadline. We do not promise approval or publication in any particular month. You can edit a pending submission without losing its original submission date.
Optional priority assessment · $19 once
After submitting, you can pay for an editorial decision within three business days of Stripe confirming payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, calculated in UTC; public holidays are not excluded. We show your exact deadline after confirmation. Until then, the submission stays in the free queue.
Payment buys assessment speed, not approval, hands-on testing, a better ranking or a guaranteed publication date. We apply the same editorial standards in both lanes. Approved priority submissions do not use a free weekly publication slot.
If we miss the decision deadline, we issue a full refund automatically. A request for more information does not stop the clock. A timely rejection is not refunded. Duplicate payments and payments received after a completed assessment are refunded. Refund processing by your bank can take additional time.
Publication and updates
Approval and going live are separate steps. Approved listings publish from the queue, and we send an update when your listing is actually live. You can see the decision, editor’s notes and payment status in Your submissions. Products made by our team remain explicitly disclosed. There are no paid sponsored placements in this directory.
